#660 Superbear

The #660 Superbear is a #330 body grip trap modified to a 26" width using solid 1/2" steel welded to a #330 trap frame. The 1/2" rods are drilled to 5/16 and the frame ends of the 330 are inserted into these holes before welding. This makes for an extremely strong trap that will not flex or bend in the center of the jaws.

The dog is laser cut to fit the 1/2" rods. Finally a machined trigger is installed on the trap. Trigger wires are attached via a nut and bolt allowing wires to be replaced in the field. The triggers are in the T configuration to completely cover the wide trap opening.

The 660 has been used for 7 years with outstanding results from all over the country. It allows fencing of wide gaps quickly and easily without spooking beaver. Dam crossings, feeder creeks, and riverside channels are just some of the possibilities with the 660. Body trap shy beaver can be caught with ease in the 660, making it a fine ADC tool . Once you begin to utilize the 660s capabilities, you will find yourself using them in place of foothold traps. Anytime you can 660 a beaver its time saved for you not having to mess with slide wires , sprung traps & misses!

Many otter trappers are using the 660 with great success. Most otter are suitcase caught in fine pelt condition. Add a few 660's to your otter bag of tricks when a wide trap is in order.

660 Stands

These stands allow you an easy and fast method of supporting your 660s. The tall stand measures 30" tall and allows you to support the 660 with top jaw at water surface in nearly 3 feet of water. No wasted time hunting support poles or messing with wire. The short stand is the same design but only 12" tall for supporting the 660 near the bottom of a lake or stream

RK Supercage

The RK Super cage is a heavy duty lock ring door designed cage trap. Door and pan are 1/4" rod. No wire mesh to be chewed off. Trigger and pan are coon proof to give you years of service. Lock ring door allows trap to be rolled over for the release of skunks without spraying. The RK Supercage comes with Fold Down handle.
